RESPONSIBILITIES
In your new position as a Senior Cloud Security Architect, you are the primary authority responsible for establishing, standardizing, and maintaining enterprise-wide cloud security architecture across our AWS infrastructure.
You develop and implement scalable blueprint solutions that serve as the foundation for all our products and services, ensuring consistent security standards and operational excellence.
Furthermore, you conduct security assessments and audits in collaboration with external partners, identifying vulnerabilities to mitigate risks through threat modeling and incident response plans.
Designing and maintaining comprehensive cloud security blueprint solutions that serve as the organizational standard for all products and services is part of your new position.
You establish architectural patterns and reference implementations that enable teams to rapidly deploy secure cloud infrastructure.
Last but not Least, you create and maintain security architecture decision trees and implementation guides for common use cases as well as drive standardization of security controls and practices across the enterprise cloud environment
QUALIFICATIONS
successfully completed Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information technology or a related field of study
5+ years of experinece in cloud security with a focus on AWS services
extensive experience in cloud security architecture with deep expertise in AWS services, as well as in creating and implementing security blueprint solutions
strong background in developing enterprise-wide security frameworks and standards and advanced knowledge of networking, cloud security services, identity management and encryption technologies
experience with infrastructure as code and security automation and relevant certifications (AWS Cerified Security Speialty, CISSP)
excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams
