Senior UI/UX Designer (f/m/d)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• In your new position, you collaborate with product managers to turn abstract requirements into successful products with high usability and thus ensure the best possible user experience.
• You collaborate with UX research and other teams to include user interviews, usability tests and other research methods in your work, to understand the needs and motivations of users.
• As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you design the product's information architecture and create wireframes to sketch out the structure and layout of the user interface.
• You create prototypes and interactive designs to test and refine the usability and functionality of the product.
• Furthermore, you work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to iterate and improve the product's design.
• Last but not least, you design visual elements such as icons, illustrations and colors to enhance the usability and attractiveness of the product.

• university degree in design, graphic design, communication design, interaction design or similar
• at least 3 years of professional experience as a UX Designer or in a related position
• strong portfolio with examples of your UX design work
• deep knowledge in user research and analysis, persona and user story creation, Figma, information architecture and wireframing as well as prototyping and interaction design
• excellent problem-solving and communication skills in English
