Windows Client Administrator / IT Onsite Supporter (m/f/d)
Your tasks: - Administration and support of the IT infrastructure at the Frankfurt office, including desktop PCs, laptops, network, printers, telephone system, etc. - Support for hardware replacement; ensuring monitoring and documentation of disposal - Technical support for the applications used, such as O365 and internal solutions - Support with system optimisations, developments, release upgrades, business continuity and disaster recovery activities (planning, documentation, testing, implementation and verification) - Co-operation with the IT teams at the other locations in Germany and other European countries
Your profile: - Completed training in a technical environment, preferably as an IT specialist in system integration or comparable - practical knowledge of Microsoft technologies, especially in the Windows Client environment - Good knowledge of Microsoft basic technologies - DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, File/Print Servers etc. - Good knowledge of the O365 environment - Basic knowledge of ITIL - Preferably initial experience in dealing with ticketing systems, ideally ServiceNow - Sound hardware knowledge (desktops, laptops, printers and scanners etc.) - Very good knowledge of English, German is a plus
