Product Manager Digital Farming – Platform (m/f/d)

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Product Manager, your main responsibility is to develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the customers platform. This involves ensuring that the strategy aligns with the objectives of the company and meets the demands of the market.
In addition, you ensure a seamless and user-friendly onboarding experience for our customers, prioritizing usability to achieve user activation and satisfaction. On top of that, you oversee the web shop and product purchase flow, ensuring a frictionless buying experience for our customers, starting from product discovery to the completion of their purchases.
As part of your daily work, you collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish and manage integrations with partner FMIS and machine platforms while overseeing the development and maintenance of comprehensive documentation and reporting features that assist users throughout their crop production cycle.
Furthermore, you conduct market research to identify trends, gather user feedback, and keep the product competitive while collaborating with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure successful product development, testing, and deployment.
Last but not least, you continuously monitor and analyze the performance of the product, gather user insights, and drive product improvements based on the findings on top of being responsible for developing training materials and providing support to internal teams and customers whenever necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Agriculture, Business or equivalent work experience
proven experience as a Product Manager in a technology-focused environment as well as strong understanding of user experience in a digital landscape
excellent project management skills and ability to drive cross-functional teams
exceptional communication, presentation, stakeholder management skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
proficiency in product management frameworks and agile methodologies
strong communication skills in English
