• You will facilitate the logistics supply-chain flow in terms of order processing 
• You will leas, manage und motivate the Team with regular communication, individual target setting and continues improvement projects
• You will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of employees with a focus on customer contact processing, supply and disposal
• You will accompany and lead agile classic projects in the area of customer management, sales and communication
• You will be responsible for the conceptual design and implementation of new or optimized processes with regard to quality and efficiency improvements and present your ideas to the management board
• You will accompany the further development of customer service

Your Profile:

• You have a degree in business administration, business informatics or a similar course of study
• You have experience in the call center or customer service sector
• You have a strong analytical and conceptual mindset
• Good German language skills
